Our Trayectory
Building a business in Mexico demands difficult decisions every day. Some of those decisions carry legal consequences that are not always easy to anticipate — and when they arise, who you have by your side matters enormously.
AA Legal was founded in Guadalajara, Jalisco, with a clear purpose: to be the firm that entrepreneurs, developers, and investors deserve to have in their corner. Not the one that complicates, but the one that clarifies. Not the one that slows things down, but the one that protects while you move forward.
We have spent over 15 years working alongside domestic and international companies, investors entering Mexico for the first time, and entrepreneurs who have been building for decades. What connects us to all of them is the same conviction: that their legal partner should understand their business as well as it understands the law.

AA Legal is composed of attorneys with rigorous academic backgrounds, proven track records, and a shared conviction: that the law must serve the business, not the other way around.
Our founding team brings together over 15 years of complementary experience.
On one side, a corporate and transactional practice built from within business organizations — with foundational training at ITESO and a postgraduate specialization at Universidad Panamericana, further enriched by a Legaltech specialization at ESADE Business School and ongoing professional development through the Barra Mexicana de Abogados. A perspective that integrates legal expertise with legal technology and international business strategy.
On the other, a rigorous litigation practice developed at the Universidad de Guadalajara and deepened through a specialization at Universidad Panamericana — with representation across Mexico's principal legal jurisdictions and a practice built on technical precision and genuine client commitment.
